Gather ghouls and boys – QAGOMA cinema scares with new sci-fi movie program Mad Science

QAGOMA’s Australian Cinémathèque will be exploring the ghastly creations, mad-cap scientists and evil schemes of sci-fi with its new program Mad Science. Its latest experiment has concocted blockbuster favourites with indie darlings and foreign flicks for a series of spine-tingling screenings. Celebrate the haunting horrors and thrilling fun of science fiction in film with Mad Science from May 3 to June 23. more

Melbourne-based cocktail connoisseur The Everleigh Bottling Co. has teamed up with Fitzroy perfumers flâner to create a limited-edition cocktail inspired by flâner’s best-selling fragrance Vive le Fleur – itself inspired by Paris springtime in the 1920s, also known as “Années folles” or “the crazy years”.
